Rose Festival Parade

Zoë and I spent the morning downtown with friends from church to see the Rose Festival Parade. Zoë was excited by the crowds of people (a true extrovert!), loved dancing to the marching band tunes, and was thrilled that mommy finally allowed her to enjoy one of her favorite pastimes: to sit on the curb for hours and watch the cars (and in this case, floats, horses, llamas) go by.

"Look, mom! It's a giant teddy-bear!" This was one of our faves, hosted by American Airlines. The float was followed by several rows of dancing stewardesses :)
