Zoë LOVES dogs. She LOVES them. It is the one thing that continually brings her delight every time she sees one (which is a lot!) So, when we heard about the "Bow Wow Bash" happening across the street, we had to go!
The "Bow Wow Bash" was a little family fun event complete with doggie olympics, a fashion show, police dog demonstration and activities for kids. Unfortunately, Zoë didn't last long enough to see the main events before nap time, but she certainly enjoyed seeing and petting all the dogs walking around, playing with bubbles, getting a star painted on her hand (I figured I could hold that still longer than holding her face ;P) and sitting with the big PetSmart dog during storytime.

Zoë saw this larger-than-life doggie, walked right up to him and cuddled with him like her teddy for the whole storytime. It was precious! Whoever the poor fellow was dressed in that heavy fur in 90˚ weather , he totally made her day. :)
Happy as can be :)
Zoë watched the police dogs in action and then got to get up close and personal. They are surprisingly very friendly!
What's that you say? We need to get a dog for our dog lover? Ha! We'd love to, but we are definitely not sharing this tiny apartment with a puppy. Maybe someday little Zozo will have a playmate. Until then, we will continue to say "hello!" to every dog we see. :)
